Worship

Two worship services are held every Sunday.  The first service, at 8:30 am, is a traditional service, while the second service, at 11:00 am, is a more contemporary "come as you are" service.  Holy Communion is celebrated at both services.  All baptized Christians who believe with us in the presence of Christ in the Holy Sacrament are encouraged to commune with us.  We also offer mid-week services during the seasons of Advent and Lent, as well as on Christmas Eve.

Assisting ministers lead the liturgy, provide the reading lesson, and serve communion.  One of our many choirs sings at each of our services.  St. Matthew's has an attended nursery available during all services, as well as a cry room at the rear of the nave of the church.
