Give thanks that God, through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, rescues us from darkness, sin, death and all that separates us from our loving and merciful Creator. Pray that we will take to heart Paul’s reminder that “by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.”
