36Which of these three, do you think, was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of the robbers?” 37He said, “The one who showed him mercy.” Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”
Luke 10: 36,37

The voting is over but the election is not. If you’re like me, you’re feeling weary – not just with the uncertainties we face from the pandemic and the uncertainties it brings – but also from the negative and toxic culture in our culture these days. So what do we do now as the waiting and uncertainty continues? The example of the Good Samaritan speaks to our times – he saw the Jewish man who had fallen among robbers not as enemy but as neighbor.
Lord, teach is to love as you love.
