Our Director of Disaster Response, Jim Habermehl, has been visiting our congregations in the Panhandle to assess the damage of Hurricane Sally. Our congregations have reported some damage to buildings, but thankfully, no injuries of members so far!

We say thank you to our pastors in the Panhandle for their responsiveness and assistance to the Synod Disaster Response effort.

Gracious God, we pray for the victims of Hurricane Sally and tropical storm Beta. Comfort those who have lost so much. Let us be your presence as we offer assistance, prayers, and hope. Amen.
